Cool Masters has always treated us very well. We are so appreciative of each tech’s willingness to share their thoughts and honesty on best steps to care for and repair our heating/cooling systems. Today Eduardo did an excellent job of inspecting our A/C and offering his expertise on what to expect with our current system as well as what we anticipate will be a fairly quickly need to replace that system. We’re grateful to Eduardo and the entire Cool Masters team for their honesty, expedient service, and excellent care for their customers.

They are always on time and keep us posted on their arrival time. I would like to note that yesterday the technician put 2 of our on 65 so that he could test them. We didn't realize this until last night when we were freezing cold. The units ran almost nonstop for 5 hours. I wish he would have let us know he set them that low so that we could have reset the temp.

Raul was excellent. He handled things quickly, explained things well, and worked late to resolve our problem. We are so glad we chose Cool Masters and that they sent Raul.

Raul was very professional and went above and beyond to get our unit fixed; his inspection report was on point, and pricing was absolutely more than fair. I will use Cool Master again and can only highly recommend them👍🏽

I looked at their reviews, and they were good, so I call them and needed service right a way. They didn't disappoint. Christopher was able to come to our home earlier. He fix the proble with our heat, and he was a very nice man. So everything is great and we now have a company we will use to maintain our a/c s and heaters. I’ve always had fantastic experiences with Cool Masters. Great service with fair pricing. Their techs are professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and they do a great job explaining what’s going on with my hvac systems. Raul was our tech today and he was exceptional!

I've had my 2 Carrier Infinity Systems for almost 3 years now and they are great. The initial cost for the Infinity Systems is much higher that other non-variable speed A/C systems, but it more than makes up the purchase price difference with dramatic annual savings in my electric bill. During the summer before the 2 Infinity Systems were installed replacing 3 older regular type A/C systems, by electric bill would peak at $700 per month. With the Infinity Systems, the highest electric bill has been $350. In a couple years, I will have recovered all the initial investment. Thanks Jonathan for encouraging me to go with the higher cost Infinity Systems!

Very competent and honest.

We've been using Cool Master for over a decade and have been more than satisfied with their service and price. They've installed new heating and cooling systems at our home (and continue to maintain them) and no one could match or beat their price. Jon has assembled a great team and I can always count on all of them for their abilities, honesty and integrity. I highly recommend Jon Perez and his Cool Master team!!

Thank you Cool Masters!!! From the first interaction with your team I had a feeling we would be taken care of like family. Holiday weekend, emergency situation with down AC and not only did I speak to a live person, I received a return phone call in 5 minutes scheduling us for a service call the next morning. Frank arrived a little after 9 am with a 9-12 noon window. He is super nice, professional, and provided quick resolution to get us taken care of in a jiff! Signed up for your annual maintenance too. He also shared with me the old AC units with the R22 refrigerant is being phased out as of 1/1/2020. So I requested him to have someone contact me to schedule a time for someone to come out and give us an estimate. He said he’d be happy to - Jonathan (owner) will be the one that will come out and evaluate. Absolutely thrilled with the service received and the way you treated me, especially over a holiday weekend. Cool Masters, you have a customer for life! THANK YOU!!!
