Same day service, furnace had stopped working correctly. Javier Hernandez did a great job of diagnosing the problem and arranging for a replacement part quickly. Managed to get the heat back on in the meantime. Very impressed with theservice and will continue to use for all my HVAC needs!

Eduardo came for my first visit today, double AC and furnaces for 2 story house, he checked everything, made sure it was all working great. He was incredibly professional and courteous the entire time. Absolutely five star service!

I have been with Cool Masters Servicing since the inception with Jonathan. Since his retirement, the transition to new ownership has been seamless.My recent technician, Eduardo, was fantastic! He has the best personality to be in customer service. He was very thorough inspecting the two very expensive HVAC Carrier systems I had installed a couple years ago.Eduardo showed me how to work my fancy thermostats, including programming the zoning I had done. He also showed me how to clean the filter in my basement dehumidifier.I am extremely happy with Cool Masters and highly recommend them.

I have had 2 wonderful experiences with this company. Jesus C. and Javier Hernandez explained to me in details exactly what was wrong with my HVAC system. My HVAC unit recently received its semi-annual seasonal service, performed by Cool Master’s. The servicing technician, Eduardo, was knowledgeable, professional, and courteous. I have to tell the world what a pleasure it has been to do business with this company. I had to have my HVAC system replaced in my home after purchasing my home 5 years earlier. The companies that I had out to attempt to repair my unit were a true nightmare until finding Cool Masters. They came in an educated me on HVAC systems and what my most affordable choices were. Never pressured me or even try to sell me additional add on. I had been without a HVAC for a month and they set up installation right away. It was amazing how they removed the old unit and repaired and added duct work. They cleaned up everything before leaving and I absolutely love my new system. They even found affordable financing with no interest for 3 years! They have come out for maintenance since installation and came right over in the dead of the hot summer to help me with my Ecobee thermostat! So honest and trustworthy! I feel like they are family!

Initially had a terrible experience with the first tech, just refused to do anything and then left without warning. After he left I realized the unit wasn't even working.Spoke to the new owner directly about the matter. He is very down to earth and we decided it was best to call it a difference in personality between the tech and I. We then spoke of a way to resolve the current issues and decided to proceed with another tech.Where the first tech failed was in his inability to provide the service he was contracted to complete, which was a drain issue. The second tech was very helpful and actually followed through and found a fixed the issue.I appreciate the service provided by the second tech and the new owner. Both where professional when it mattered. They took care of my problem with the first tech and fixed the issue with the drain.Originally a 1 star but i belive their effort to rectify the issue was definitely worth the 4 stars. Affordable and professional, they pointed out some other issues I might be having and offered some proactive fixes.There was a veteran and trainee who showed up for my job, and I appreciated how the veteran employee took the opportunity to do some on-site training and studiously explained stuff in depth for the trainee. Seems like a pretty good place to work, and I'm always a fan of places that treat their employees well.
