Cool Masters has always treated us very well. We are so appreciative of each tech’s willingness to share their thoughts and honesty on best steps to care for and repair our heating/cooling systems. Today Eduardo did an excellent job of inspecting our A/C and offering his expertise on what to expect with our current system as well as what we anticipate will be a fairly quickly need to replace that system. We’re grateful to Eduardo and the entire Cool Masters team for their honesty, expedient service, and excellent care for their customers.

Eduardo came for a maintenance service on our AC. He was extremely informative, cleaned our outside unit and cleared some dog hair from the inside unit. Excellent experience and i love this company!

I had the absolute best experience with Cool Masters after disappointing ones with a couple other companies. They were super responsive and were able to accommodate a same-day appointment. The serviceman called in advance at the BEGINNING of my service window range to let me know he's on the way. Everyone I spoke to was so polite and friendly (special shout out to Dixie Lee who provided a very detailed summary since I wasn't there on site to speak to the technician!) and I have been so impressed throughout the entire experience that I signed up for a membership. Look no further for your HVAC needs!

We had an ac unit with a problem that another company's technician could not figure out. Finally went to Cool Masters and they sent out Eduardo who identified the problem quickly and made the repair. He was very attentive, courteous and listened carefully to diagnose the issue. We have found a new ac company.

Eduardo was the assigned scheduled technician to assist with my A/C cooling issues. He was very professional and explained everything in explicit detail. I was very impressed with his courteousness and customer service! I will definitely be calling Cool Masters again for any future A/C matters!!

I had a major clog in my kitchen pipes. Eric came and tried to fix the issue, but needed different equipment. Since it would be a few days before the required equipment would be available, Eric suggested we try DIY with super strong unclogger we purchased and it worked perfectly saving us hundreds. I called Cool Masters because they had an excellent reputation according to my research. All I can say is wow. They came out and not only fixed the problem with my furnace, they used a really cool piece of equipment to evaluate how efficiently it was running.Turns out it was running too rich, which was not only costing me more money on natural gas, it was creating higher levels of carbon monoxide, which was really dangerous for my family. After making some adjustments, it was running perfectly.They were very informative, friendly and charged me much less than I was expecting. I highly recommend!Addendum (June 2024) - Technician Eduardo was fantastic on his recent service call... very professional, informative and showed me a way I can save money in the future.

I work for a property management company and needed an HVAC tech to check out a property as soon as possible. Cool Masters sent a tech out the very next day. They called me on site with solution and pricing and waited for my approval. Work was completed that same day. I worked specifically with Chris Nelson who was absolutely great! I will definitely reach out to them again for any future work in the Lawrenceville GA area.

After having major issues with 2 big name companies I decided to roll the dice one more time with cool masters. Mark Smith was able to figure out the issue (something the other company did to the unit during their installation in 2023) and fix it getting us cold air again in time for those hot days. I'm completely happy with service and confident that we've found our forever company for heating and cooling needs.

Additional review. April 24,2024. Eduardo Marinez came to do my biannual maintenance today. He is polite, knowledgeable, professional and loves his job!! If he wasn't already married, I would want him as my son-in-law!WOW! Use this company! This is my 3rd HVAC company within the last year. All I can say is WOW! So glad the other company I was settling for didn't answer the phone on July 4th, and Cool Masters did. Customer service and knowledge....wow, what a concept! If I could give 6 stars, I would!

i've been without my upstairs unit for awhile now and today I decided to get it fixed. after reading the google reviews for this company i decided to call and give them a try. i now see why the reviews are so high in ratings. i called and the person told me someone would be here between a certain window and they called again to let me know that the service person was on his way. he arrived between the appointed window and he was pleasant, mannerable and all around professional. he diagnosed the problem and within less than maybe 30min my upstairs unit was back working again. I couldn't be more pleased. they will continue to get my business in the future if and when i need them. than you so much.from ms.morrisI had my units serviced today (6/25/20) and one was repaired and I am glad I found this company. The service was professional and the price was just right. Chris (I hope that's right), did an amazing job of getting my upstairs unit back working. I used them a few years back and they were and still are a great company to do business with. Thanks so much!!!April 23 2024,I just had my new units replaced throughout my home. The two techs that came to my home, one is named Luis and I forgot the other tech's name but they did the work on 4/22/24, were both polite, respectful and I was amazed how well they worked together to get the job completed. They both took the extra time to walk me through my system, answer any questions that I had and helped me set up the new thermostats. Ken at Cool Masters did a great job at the beginning of the whole process of explaining to me the different system options that were available and helping to make the appropriate decision for a system that was functional for my needs without a lot of budget worries. So far I'm pleased with the install and looking forward to see how this new system functions in the coming months of spring, into summer and the rest of the year.

Great HVAC service. I’ve used them multiple times. Eduardo was courteous and explained his findings well at the scheduled Spring maintenance visit and complete the work in a timely manner.

Randall and Mark came, today, for my HVAC bi-annual check up, and filter exchange. They were professional, efficient and very friendly. I found them to be just super nice guys. I’ve been using Cool Masters for a few years, now; they installed a new system for me about two years ago, and it’s been great! Also, their office staff have always been very nice, and always efficient. One thing I like about this company is that they’re not so large that the customer “gets lost in the mix,” as with some “corporate-sized” companies. I feel that I get caring, competent, personalized service. I’m very glad that I chose them for my HVAC needs. I highly recommend Cool Masters.

Eduardo has been my technician at least 3 times now - for regular maintenance, an assessment and a recent repair- and he has been consistently polite, professional and on time for the appointment. If customer service and quality work are priorities for you, you have to call Cool Masters. Eduardo represents the company well. I will request him every time.

Eric is a true professional. He clearly explained his process, patiently and thoroughly answered all my questions, and fixed the water heater! Will definitely look up Cool Masters again for any future needs.

Eric was awesome! He had to go into our crawl space to fix the water line to the refrigerator. Showed us before and after pictures, so we could see what the problem was and the solution without venturing into the crawl space ourselves. Then he made sure that the water ran clear for our ice and drinking water. Besides being skilled at his work, Eric is an exellent communicator. Next time we need assistance, we will definitely be asking for Eric Medina!

Raul Flores was extremely professional, kind, and did a great job of explaining what he was doing and why. We purchased a yearly maintenance plan and look forward to dealing with this company again in the fall and for years to come.

They are always on time and keep us posted on their arrival time. I would like to note that yesterday the technician put 2 of our on 65 so that he could test them. We didn't realize this until last night when we were freezing cold. The units ran almost nonstop for 5 hours. I wish he would have let us know he set them that low so that we could have reset the temp.
