Excellent communication with the company. They sent me a text with a picture and information about the technician that would be coming. The technician, Eduardo, called 30 before he arrived. He was so professional and kept me informed with each step he took to diagnose and repair my air conditioner. Fair price and I would recommend them to anyone. Will definitely call this company for future needs.

I've been using Cool Masters for all of our HVAC needs for 7+ years and just purchased a new Furnace/AC system in 2024. They are always professional and you can't beat the service and responsiveness they continually offer. They stand by their work and put the customer first.

This review is for my mom, Wanda Wilcoxson, Cool Masters HVAC replaced a unit for her this month. They also changed out the thermostat for a smart thermostat which she had difficulty programming it even though the technician demonstrated how to use it. She contacted the company to inform them that she wanted it exchanged for a traditional thermostat.

This is where the company earned the five stars rating. We all know that companies give great customer service when trying to make a sale. However once the sale is sealed, companies true values are displayed when contacted with an issue.

My mom thought she was going to have an issue because the unit was paid for, but the company apologized for the inconvenience and replaced the thermostat in the same week. This represents a company’s true values. Thank you Cool Masters

I received exceptional service from Tim and Eduardo. They came out on time, diagnosed my air condition challenge and explained how they were going to resolve my problem. They were very concise and creative in resolving my challenge. I would 100% recommend them to a friend or family member. Great service.

These guys are awesome. From the install of new system last year to the check ups since. I would recommend them for whatever you need done. Fair price, but service above any others I’ve used. Very friendly staff and things explained in ways I understood. Enoch has been out twice for check ups and he is a great guy. So glad I chose to go with CoolMasters.

Cool Masters Services serviced my heating & cooling unit and reported significant leakage in the 67 year old unit. No other vendor noticed this despite years of service. For this, I'm truly grateful it finally got noticed and properly repaired. I couldn't be more pleased with the finished product. No more leaks and my system is completely refurbished. Thank you, the team who completed this work. Thank you, Humberto for identifying and reporting the leakage! Thank you, Ian and Chris for supporting all the repair work that was needed. Despite challanges, you kept focused and knocked out the work very professionaly. A huge thanks and relief at my end knowing the refurbished work is to spec and upgraded.

Eduardo with Cool Masters is alway professional and very hard working. He stays at the job until you are 100% satisfied. He has been to my home before and I was excited to see that he was my tech this time. He explained my problem and promptly fixed my ac. I will request him in the future.

Chris was very personable and professional, he listened to my concerns and provided me with info on how to keep pipes flowing smoothly. They also did a great job connecting my pipes together in my crawl space. I would highly recommend them and will use their services again.

Apparently, I needed a new HVAC system after shivering in the nine-degree weather at Christmas. Eric came out to do the estimate. He arrived on time (even a couple of minutes early, which says a lot to me). After checking out the system, he explained everything to me and answered all of my questions. The system was installed, and they've checked on it several times. Gabriel and Joey are two of the wonderful young men they have working for them. Everyone has been super polite, friendly, and professional. If you need a new HVAC system, repairs, or maintenance, you won't be sorry if you choose them!

I've had my new HVAC system for a couple of years now. The guys come out twice a year for maintenance. Today, 3/11/25, Eduardo came out. He did an excellent job. He was polite and courteous.

Raul Flores was extremely professional, kind, and did a great job of explaining what he was doing and why. We purchased a yearly maintenance plan and look forward to dealing with this company again in the fall and for years to come.

They are always on time and keep us posted on their arrival time. I would like to note that yesterday the technician put 2 of our on 65 so that he could test them. We didn't realize this until last night when we were freezing cold. The units ran almost nonstop for 5 hours. I wish he would have let us know he set them that low so that we could have reset the temp.

Raul was excellent. He handled things quickly, explained things well, and worked late to resolve our problem. We are so glad we chose Cool Masters and that they sent Raul.

He fix the proble with our heat, and he was a very nice man. So everything is great and we now have a company we will use to maintain our a/c s and heaters. I've had my 2 Carrier Infinity Systems for almost 3 years now and they are great. The initial cost for the Infinity Systems is much higher that other non-variable speed A/C systems, but it more than makes up the purchase price difference with dramatic annual savings in my electric bill. During the summer before the 2 Infinity Systems were installed replacing 3 older regular type A/C systems, by electric bill would peak at $700 per month. With the Infinity Systems, the highest electric bill has been $350. In a couple years, I will have recovered all the initial investment. Thanks Jonathan for encouraging me to go with the higher cost Infinity Systems!
