Eduardo with Cool Masters is alway professional and very hard working. He stays at the job until you are 100% satisfied. He has been to my home before and I was excited to see that he was my tech this time. He explained my problem and promptly fixed my ac. I will request him in the future.
Chris was very personable and professional, he listened to my concerns and provided me with info on how to keep pipes flowing smoothly. They also did a great job connecting my pipes together in my crawl space. I would highly recommend them and will use their services again.
Apparently, I needed a new HVAC system after shivering in the nine-degree weather at Christmas. Eric came out to do the estimate. He arrived on time (even a couple of minutes early, which says a lot to me). After checking out the system, he explained everything to me and answered all of my questions. The system was installed, and they've checked on it several times. Gabriel and Joey are two of the wonderful young men they have working for them. Everyone has been super polite, friendly, and professional. If you need a new HVAC system, repairs, or maintenance, you won't be sorry if you choose them!
I've had my new HVAC system for a couple of years now. The guys come out twice a year for maintenance. Today, 3/11/25, Eduardo came out. He did an excellent job. He was polite and courteous.

Always professional, never pushy with up sales or add-ons. And I've never gotten a bad vibe ever from their techs, I generally feel safe leaving them alone to do their work unsupervised. Can't recommend them enough!
Gas hot water heater replacement. Competitive price and the job was quickly scheduled after the estimate. Upon arrival , the Service Technician suggested we relocate the water heater in our mechanical room to free up space- no additional charge. Good job cleaning up afterwards.
Discovered upstairs AC not working on the first hot day of the spring last Saturday. Called several places who said they could schedule a call next week.
Called Cool Masters around 11 AM, and dispatcher said they could set me up for 2-5 PM that day. Jonathon called and arrived at 3 PM. He found a tripped breaker, and that the most likely problem was the compressor. But when he checked, he found no problem with the compressor itself, but that a seldom used heating component that prevents ice from forming when AC is running in cooler outside temperatures was the problem. He disabled the faulty, but unnecessary part, and immediately problem was solved. He checked the Freon level, found it was down slightly, and topped it. off.
Jonathon is by far the most professional and the sharpest technician I have ever dealt with for any home repair. He noted that the unit was 21 years old, and provided current estimates for replacement when it inevitably dies. His advice for the time being was to "run it 'til the wheels fall off". When that day comes, I will be calling Cool Masters, and asking for Jonathon.
Eduardo was FANTASTIC. He gave all the information that I needed to keep my two systems running in sync along with some tipps that will keep my systems running in good condition. He was very polite and on time.
Cool Masters consistenly offers great service. Today Eduardo did an excellent job checking over my HVAC system to ensure it was functioning at its best. I appreciated the quality work he did and the time he took to answer my questions and offer advice. I definitely recommend Cool Masters for great service and quality products.

Same day service, furnace had stopped working correctly. Javier Hernandez did a great job of diagnosing the problem and arranging for a replacement part quickly. Managed to get the heat back on in the meantime. Very impressed with theservice and will continue to use for all my HVAC needs!

He was prompt and professional, and he also was thorough with detailing any issues that posed as a concern. He also recommended options which is a plus in my opinion!
